This Gazelle Tour de l'Avenir has just enough scratches on the frame to make it the ideal lightweight bike suitable for everyday commuting without worrying about keeping it in perfect condition. The frame and fork is made with high-quality, British-made, Reynolds 501 steel tubing and the paint, despite scuff marks here and there (see last pictures), still has an attractive metallic effect.

Mechanically the bicycle is in top condition with a complete Shimano 105 groupset with 6x2 indexed gears, SLR brakes and smooth spinning Shimano 105 hubs laced to the original Gazelle rims. SR saddle post, stem and handlebars and a pair of Continental Grand Prix tires.

New: Elvedes stainless steel brake and gear cables, new KMC chain, new Velox bar-tape, new Saccon brake blocks.
